nah but its good for guys who like to mod their vehicles and now don't have to pay extra to get it inspected somewhere else... Saves the state close to $20million too.

Technically, the police can still ticket you for any motor vehicle equipment violations they see... you just won't have to get it past the Parson's employee every other year.
